This rare vehicle is believed to have been made from a Holden Bodied Utility to get increased load space (probably for carrying hay). Although this photo doesn't show a lot of detail, the door elbow sill continues with a flat section to the back of the roof line. The coupe body didn't have this flat section as the body work was blended into the downward curve of the roof.
