RE: VIN location ???
Hi J.Bug,

I cannot tell you where the chassis # (VIN) is located on a '17 Overland but I can tell you where to find 1920 Model 4 Overland chassis and engine #.

I am reasonably certain that the coupe would have chassis number under the bench portion of the seat or an aluminum machine data plate on side of drivers seat frame.  ALSO the chassis number is stamped into the left frame channel by the drivers front wheel.  You should be able to look through the spokes right to the frame.  Photo attached is my model 91 (pretty much identical to model 4).

Also see the picture of the engine and you will see where the engine number is located.

Both chassis and engine numbers you may have to search for.  Wire brush, sandpaper, etc.

for the 1917 Model 90, you may have to look on the splash apron or Valance area near where the rear of the hood latches down, this could be left or right side, the letters are reasonable size but could be obscured by paint.
