Ignition key
I have two Briggs and Stratton ignition key/light switches. They are both missing their key. I see on ebay there are blank keys for sale!  Are they all the Briggs and Stratton key blanks the same "profile",and will go straight in,or are there different ones for different years, etc, etc?  There is a number beside the key entry point,..Is that a code for that key? Thanks for any input,in advance, and kind regards   Phil.

RE: Ignition key
Yes, there are different keys and the # refers to the proper key blank. My Whippet takes a code 42 key.
